$1M+ embezzlement nets accountant jail time

A hospital accountant is headed to jail after embezzling more than $1 million from her employer’s accounts. Susan J. Morrison, a former accountant at Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, Michigan, was sentenced to 46 months in prison and ordered to pay over $1 million in restitution.
